At American Chocolate Company we believe in quality chocolate and unique products.  Basically we love chocolate and new technology!  By combining the two, we found an awesome product that serves several needs.  Our patented printing system is truly an outstanding technological feat.  Using 100% FDA approved food coloring instead of traditional ink, we are able to produce amazing full color photos, logos, or illustrations right on to the chocolate.  We basically work on the image on our computer and then send it to the printer as a print job.  We do all our graphics or printing here in house; we do not send to another site.  Unlike other chocolate printing companies, we do not require mass quantities to order! (But we do like them!) Nor do we print on to parchment or rice paper and affix to the chocolate.  I have a varied background in the Entertainment, Telecommunications, Catering, and most recently the Event & Meeting Industry.
